Yes they do
Nope.
Yes there is.
Yes as of now don't know when they will stop
Place boiling pot of water and seasonings, lemon, onions, garlic on the boiling rig; turn it up to high until the water is boiling. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Add crawfish and potatoes and stir with large paddle. Cover pot and wait until it comes back to a boil, again another 15 minutes

This place specializes in seafood end all its salads are based on a seafood Manu sorry
Yes
Friendly staff. Quick for service. Food came out. If you're a garlic lover, I recommend garlic butter sauce on your crawfish. I don't eat very spicy food and ordered medium heat , it wasnt hot at all. Also tried the shrimp po-boy. The bread was my favorite part!
Visited this place for a birthday dinner. The catfish was prepared just right and the shrimp was a good size. I did not have the gumbo but all those in my party who ate it, said it was delicious. We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Delicious food! & Big shrimp I come here all the time & the wait is always about 30 minutes to an 1 hour but it’s worth it I promise you.
First time there and we loved it!! Awesome server (Tina) and they were celebrating Chinese New Year so there was entertainment as well. The food is delicious. We will definitely be back.
First the food is good, place is clean. The service was slow. The prices were fair. They were out of crawfish, had the shrimp boil and 6 oysters. Very good. It’s a messy meal peeling shrimp. They do have a full menu available.
One of my favorite go-to seafood spots. Everybody knows about this place, and it gets packed. However, it's worth it, because the food is really good. The quality is consistent and I'm never disappointed leaving. Good seafood. Highly recommend to the boiled seafood lovers.
Great place to eat but the wait is long.....
Love this place. We had the Hungry Home Platter...it was plenty for just the two of us. I would substitute the snow crab for something else...unless you like it...we did not! But it was great!
Asian spin on Louisiana classic.. best to come in off hours... Worth a visit.
Came here for a birthday dinner and the experience was horrible. Everyone ordered one person at a time as usual and the food came out at different times and 4 of us ordered seafood platter and they all came last and cold. Food had to be sent back half the party had eaten and was ready to go. Our food had to be prepared to go and we were still charged gratuity even though we didn't even get to eat with the group even the birthday girl didn't get to eat at her own dinner. The manager was aware of the problems and his only assistance was to have our food to go. Definitely will not be back, service sucks and management is no help. At the very least the gratuity should have been removed we didn't get service.
A diamond in the rough. Given its location you would be quick to pass it by. You’d never know just how good this place is without someone else telling you. Great fare.
Great food but the service isn’t great.I have been a customer here for a few years. Even though I moved far away, I still come here to get my crawfish.I understand the fact that they are really busy, so they can’t answer phone calls. I tried to text them on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, they always leave it on seen, and never respond back. Fyi, they post stories of the price, and stay active. Please care more about your customers.
I went during the week, so it was not crowded. I sat at the bar, and watched sports on there mounted televisions. The beer was nice and cold. The food came out hot and delicious. The shrimp was big and juicy. The fried crawfish tails were well-seasoned. The house special sauce on the boiled crawfish was great too. Try this place out.
One of my top places to eat crawfish, the hot House Special flavor is delish! Even though you'll have to wait for more than an hour to get seated, the staff is very friendly, efficient and food was brought out promptly. The shrimp is good too but please consider adding easy peel shrimp to the menu. Overall great service and great flavor.
Loved crawfish pot since the first day I’ve been there , every time I go it’s packed but worth it always fresh always great service and always worth it
AMAZING FOOD! This is a great restaurant. We ordered gumbo, oyster tacos, and shrimp boil with potato and corn (house special sauce). Very good! We were visiting the area and live in R.I. so we can’t go back but if we could we would!
Came in for crawfish, got the house special and it was pretty good. Had a bit of sweetness to it but not in a bad way. Service was good just a little slow at time but it was busy for lunch. Would come back.
1st time & food was good.. Service was ok not excellent. Only serve beer & place is smaller than I thought. Their location is kinda hidden so might need a sign to let public know exactly where it is. Parking isn't a problem, plenty of room... I wouldn't celebrate birthday parties here tho....
Awesome food!! However, the service kinda sucks the wait can go up to like 2 hours long. They place is pretty small and they serve some good micholadas! Over all I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that’s impatient to eat. Because you’ll be there for quite some time especially with weekend hours.
This place was awesome! We came tonight on a Friday so it was pretty busy. We waited about 50 minutes and it was SO worth the wait. The crawfish are seasoned perfectly & the spice is the best I've had this season! Give them a try, you won't regret it!
My first time here and I wish I would have tried it a long time ago. Ordered a varity of dishes and everything was good except the FRIED RICE. Not good at all. Be warned, the rice only comes in 1 size (small) @ $13.00, looks appealing but has no flavor.
We always leave happy! It’s a great atmosphere. We always sit at the bar and the bartender takes great care of us! The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is bc of the prices. They’re a little high for the quality of the food. It’s not bad quality, but it’s not as good as it should be at those prices. But everything else was great! Thank you!!
Best crawfish!!! House Blend flavor is my favorite.
I love this place is my to go to season and off season !! I’ve been coming here for years ! Delicious flavors to choose from for your seafood ! The manager is very good at making sure you’re visit is pleasant. Only thing to know is that if you want to eat right away , won’t happen there’s a wait you need to sign it when you arrive and wait because mostly after 6pm there’s a lot of ppl arriving the place is good is why there’s a wait and lots wait including myself. Longest I’ve ever waited was 1hr -1.5 but well worth it . On the bright side you can order drinks and enjoy while waiting 🤗🤗 definitely recommend this place .
The Crawfish Pot is tucked away on the corner of a shabby outdoor mall but once you walk inside it's full of hip people and vibes. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. The food is incredible but not cheap. It's still a good value because the service is so good. A couple of tips #1 Go during the week if you can. The dining area is small so there WILL BE a wait on the weekend. #2 The bar area has the exact same good service if you don't want to wait for a table. The Crawfish Pot is a complete package. Go see for yourself. Enjoy!
I really loved this place. Our waitress was very friendly and she offered is suggestions, very knowledgeable with what's on the menu. We will definitely be going back.
Service was good. Food good. Prices good. Atmsphere, shopping mall.
The food is great a 5 star. You should really consider limiting party sizes. There was a party of 17 that the staff was trying to seat. It makes it difficult since the establishment is small.
Fried platter was battered and cooked to perfection. Enough on the plate for two to enjoy. My wife had boiled crawfish and was satisfied with the flavor and seasoning. Being from the Cajun Heartland, we lunched with a friend from the area and gave this spot a try, can say that we enjoyed the food and if in the area again will likely visit again.
The waiting list and having no wait time could be better, but definitely good food.
Awesome feast. You defiantly won't go away hungry. They were very busy but we were seated within 15 minutes. For a Friday evening that is great.
Happy with the food. Not the service by Jennifer. Wednesday after noon and the place was not slammed, Was about half full. Lots of red still up from the Lunar New Year. Will definitely come back and hopefully the service is better. Had to go to the bar to order my beer. The St. Charles Ousters hit the spot. Also had 2 pounds of Crawfish Hot. They were nice and plump but it is in season now.
So $47 for a one person meal and i have pay .25 for butter. Umm what in the McDonalds mess is this. Won’t order here again. 2clusters and 1lb if shrimp. And i have to pay for butter. CRAFY CRAB ON THE WEST SIDE. Is better anyway
Is always fun to get together with my sister in law in here.
The hype about the Crawfish Pot is REAL GUYS!!! The food was excellent as well as staff. This is a great place to have a sit down with the boys or even with your family. I really enjoyed the fried shrimp and the lemon pepper sauce for their crawfish. I will come back soon.
The food was great as was the staff. We were staying at a hotel near the airport and this was the only gem in the area. Don’t judge a book by its cover here. It’s located in a relatively vacant area, however the meal was awesome! The food was fresh and we really enjoyed our time dining here.
This is by far my favorite spot to eat Crawfish!!!! They’re HOUSE SAUCE is AMAZZZING!!!! In the 2 years I’ve lived in Houston and have tried a couple of other places, no other matches up! Their food is on a whole other level. Here’s what you need to know... 1-Expect a wait but it is WORTH IT, I’d rather wait a while than eat any other! 2-Food is ready in under 10 minutes!!! 3-If you’re going to try Hot or Fire, try the Cajun Fries to help with the heat and they are BOMB!!! Our waitress Jacquelyn (who we’ve had twice) is extremely attentive and always has a smile. Very much love coming here... My Bf and I crave it all the time and have it often. YOU WONT REGRET EATING HERE!!!
I bought two pounds of mudbugs and a pound of shrimp the were all mushy disappointed they said return them but I dont live close so upset 30 bucks down the drain
Oysters on the half shell were astounding. Great size and flavor. Also had the boiled shrimp with corn and sausage. It was excellent! Would definitely come again.
This is by far the best place for crawfish. I like in Katy and travel and sit in traffic because it's worth it. At times I have bad service I believe that's on the person serving you I just won't tip or tip as much it happens everywhere, but the food is worth it the seasoning is amazing I'm a garlic fan it's the best. The food is brought out pretty fast wings are good I combine the buffalo with lemon pepper. Only thing is it is expensive overall it's it's great.
Best crawish spot so far. 200% recommend... There is a long wait but its definitely worth it
Even though the prices have increased, this place is still my #1 go to place for seafood!
A MUST VISIT!!! Let me tell you what an awesome lunch my husband and I had in this laided back facility.. The atmosphere is really relaxing the food was fantastic!! AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE OWNER KAMI THANK YOU!! Her great knowledge of the local area and sweet Hometown demeanor will keep us coming back to Houston more often :-) And Grandma Texas is telling you if you're ever near The Crawfish Pot And oyster Bar in Houston please stop in try it yourself you'll regret it PEEPS if you don't ✌🏼
If I could give this place a 0 star I definitely would!!! Today we ordered and it was the most disgusting thing ever!!! Crawfish were dimed sized and basically mush. But what really took the icing on the cake was the big bug we found!!! We called the manager all they said was that people love dimed sized crawfish and that bugs are normal in your crawfish. So if this is the kind of food and service you are looking for, go ahead and try.
All the reviews are all way to good for this place honestly. you can taste the dirt in the crawfish & even the potatoes tastes like they didn't wash them(house special sauce). Fried food was good. There was a line out the door, barely any seating so maybe i just went on a bad night but just wanted to give my opinion.
This place was a hit with my entire family looking for an authentic crawfish experience. Our server was so happy, welcoming, and willing to explain the whole process to us. We got the house special with a mix of different sauces and it was delicious. Very messy, but you get a bib, gloves, and a paper table cover.
This crawfish was the best I've had at a restaurant so far. The boil was perfectly seasoned. I cant wait to go back
Seasoning,✔ seafood ✔ bib✔all that's missing is me present to consume this tasteful endeavor. A menu simple to navigate makes this place even better cause you spend less time deciding and more time anticipating when that order is coming out. Weird location. But yeah I recommend the house flavor. Also they only have one set of scissors for the crab.....so when you get the king crab be ready to be pricked. The food here is good year round and it's a great place to just sit and talk with your live of friends. The sausage is not my favorite. Either it really is bland or its just bland due to the powerful flavor of the food. Surely worth coming to more than once and during crawfish season.
